Scheduling & Process

  • How do you handle scheduling for staff?

    Print On-Site Photography is a service where our skilled photographers attend your event and capture high-quality photos. These photos are then instantly printed on-site for your guests to take home as lasting mementoes.

  • How many people can you photograph in a day?

    Our photographer can print photographs instantly at events. offer a number of finishes including magnetic photos which are produced in seconds, ready for guests to take home. 

  • Can you photograph very large teams (i.e., over 100 people)?

    Yes, absolutely. For very large teams, this is best done over several consecutive days to maintain a steady pace and high-quality results. However, we can also accommodate a quicker turnaround, photographing a couple of hundred people in a single day. This would be a more express shoot with a shorter session per person. For very large teams, we recommend booking a call with us to determine the best setup and schedule that works for you.

  • What do you need to set up in our office?

    Our pop-up studio doesn't need much! We typically require a space of about 3m x 3m with access to power and internet. For the best results, it's always great to set up in a meeting room or a private office away from the hustle and bustle. This is because nobody wants the whole office looking in at them while they're having their photos taken, and a private space helps us ensure every staff member feels relaxed, comfortable, and confident in front of the camera.

  • Can you match our company's existing headshot style?

    Absolutely! We specialise in creating branded photos at events. Our software allows us to add your company logo, brand elements, QR codes, and custom messages directly to the printed photos. Whether you need a simple logo addition or a fully branded overlay, we can tailor the prints to perfectly match your event's theme and brand identity.   • How are images delivered to both staff and the organiser?

    We deliver a private and secure link to each individual's inbox, where they can access their online gallery and mark their favourite for retouching. Once retouched, the new image appears in the same gallery, ready to be downloaded. The organiser will also receive a master gallery link, giving you an overview of all the final images. This allows you to download all of the retouched headshots at once, with every file conveniently renamed with the staff member's first and last name for easy file management. We will also provide a spreadsheet with the names of everyone photographed and the URL to each individual gallery, making everything easy to track.
