No need to pre-book, attendees simply show up at the headshot zone. They can register on the spot by scanning a QR code on one of our banners or by registering with a member of our staff, then wait in line to see our photographer.

Professional Headshot Session

The photographer works quickly, spending about one minute with each person. They maintain great interaction, making every attendee feel comfortable. The photographer provides guidance on poses and direction, shooting a variety of angles to ensure each person gets a fantastic image they love.

Instant Digital Access

Within a matter of minutes, the images are uploaded and land directly in the attendee's inbox. They receive a private and secure gallery link, allowing them to download and start using their professional headshots immediately, with the option to order retouching.

  • How does the Event Headshot Station work?

    A headshot booth is a portable studio for creating professional headshots at events. It's a perfect addition to any conference, exhibition, convention, or corporate event.

  • How many people can you photograph in a day?

    We organise all the images by renaming the files to match the person in the headshot. For example, 1234.jpg becomes Smith_Jane.jpg. 


    This makes it easier to get the right images to the right people. Once organised, we sort them into individual galleries for each person and can deliver the links individually by email.

  • How do guests register for their headshots?

    Offering free headshots at your event is a fantastic way to drive traffic to your stand at a conference or exhibition. Our service acts as a great lead-generation tool.

  • Can attendees have retouched versions of their photos?

    Attendees receive their images instantly via a link to a private, secure gallery in their inbox, ready to download and use immediately. The organiser gets a master gallery link and a spreadsheet with the individual gallery URLs and all the data captured during the registration process, making everything easy to track.

  • What do you need to set up at the event?

    We need around 3m x 3m of space, along with access to power and internet. We are happy to work in the registration area or a foyer.

  • What background works best for events?

    For events, a neutral backdrop (white or grey) is best to keep the focus on attendees. You can always personalise the online gallery with a message and your logo, and highlight your branding in the headshot studio area with banners.

  • How much does a headshot booth cost and what’s included?

    Prices start from £1795 for a four hour package and includes the pop-up studio, a photographer, instant gallery delivery, and unlimited shoots in the allotted time. Retouching, and make-up artists are available at an additional cost.

  • Is a headshot booth good for lead generation?

    A headshot booth is an amazing way to increase footfall and provides excellent branding opportunities.
