At events, guests can register on the spot by scanning a QR code. For team headshots, staff schedule their appointments in advance, so they can simply check in with the photographer when they arrive with no waiting in line.

Our photographers are brilliant at making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. They make the process fun and guide each person through a variety of poses and expressions, helping them feel confident in front of the camera.

Instant Digital Access

Guests receive a private and secure gallery link delivered straight to their inbox. All images are delivered within minutes, allowing them to download and start using their professional headshots right away.

Classic Studio Backgrounds

White, grey, or black for a timeless and professional look.

Natural Backgrounds

Captured in your office, venue, or even outdoors if you have a suitable space. This creates a soft, blurred background that feels modern, clean, and more natural than a studio backdrop.

Custom Backdrop

If you'd like a specific backdrop to match your brand colours, we can usually accommodate this with enough notice. (Additional fees may apply.)

General FAQs

  • What’s included in your headshot service?

    We offer a black, white or grey backdrop for your headshots.  We can also order a backdrop in any colour or style at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

  • What background options do you offer?

    Yes, we can take photographs of large groups if needed. Make this clear in your booking and we can arrange a larger backdrop if necessary. 

  • Do you travel to our office or event venue?

    On average, we spend 10 minutes with each member of staff. This includes lighting setup which will need adjusting from person to person, as well as coaching each individual on how best to stand/pose. After each shoot, there is an opportunity to review images and select favoraites. 

  • How many people can you photograph in a day?

    Our cameras are Wifi-enabled, This means you can see the images instantly on our tablet or computer and check you are happy with the result.

  • What happens if someone doesn’t like their photo?

    All the selected images are edited and retouched if required. 

  • Do you offer professional retouching on the headshots?

    Ideally, the more space to move around in the better and we should be somewhere quiet without onlookers as no one wants an audience when having their photos taken. The minimum amount of space needed for the studio is 3x3 meters

  • How quickly will we receive the photos?

    Our headshot galleries are delivered within minutes of each session! For retouched images, we typically turn them around within 48 hours.

  • How are images delivered?

    We send a private and secure gallery link directly to each person’s inbox. Organisers also get a master link to download all final images at once.
