Staff Headshot Photographer

  • How much do you charge for professional headshots?

    Group sessions are billed per person with the price going down in tiers. The first 4-9 people at £75, employees 10-19 billed at £60 each and so on. Volume pricing is available for teams and staff over 25 people

  • Why do we need photos of all staff on the company About us page

    A good "About Us" page with headshots is an essential element of your website that can help you build trust, establish credibility, and create a stronger connection with your audience. It's an opportunity to showcase the human side of your business and convey your company's values and expertise.

  • How much space do you need for the studio?

    Ideally, the more space to move around in the better and we should be somewhere quiet without onlookers as no one wants an audience when having their photos taken. The minimum amount of space needed for the studio is 3x3 meters to take effective professional headshots.

  • What backdrops are available?

    We offer a black, white or grey backdrop for your staff and team headshots.  We can also order a backdrop in any colour or style at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

  • Can we shoot outside or use the office as a backdrop

    If you prefer not to use a neutral backdrop, we can shoot headshots outdoors or within your office. Ideally if shooting team headshots in the office, the background should be tidy and well lit.

  • Can you take group portraits?

    Yes, we can take photographs of large groups if needed. Make this clear in your booking and we can arrange a larger backdrop if necessary. 

  • How long does it take to photograph one person

    On average, we spend 5 minutes with each member of staff. This includes lighting setup which will need adjusting from person to person, as well as coaching each individual on how best to stand/pose. After each shoot, there is an opportunity to review images and select favourites. 

  • Do you edit or retouch the photos?

    We include one retouched image per person.

  • How quickly can I view the images?

    Our cameras are Wifi-enabled, This means you can see the images instantly on our tablet or computer and check you are happy with the result.

  • Can you print the photos for our staff notice board?

    We offer photo printing in house. Let us know the size you require and we will take care of any printing for you including the staff members name and title underneath each image
