Our exquisite black and silver frames offer an ideal display for your stunning portraits, expertly taken by our acclaimed photographers. Every print is carefully mounted by hand, and your guests can easily download their images following the event. Additionally, we can customize the mounts with your company's logo or message. This is done through foil embossing on the back of each frame, available in either gold or silver.

Pose

Our experienced photographers will guide you and work their magic, creating the perfect photograph.

Preview

You can preview all your shots at our viewing station and select the portrait (or portraits!) you love. 

Print

Then we print. Within minutes, your selected portraits will be printed and placed into a frame for you to take home.

The Event Studio FAQ’s
  • What is a pop up studio?

    A pop-up studio is a  professional photo studio that we set up and install at your event. This is paired with a professional photographer and our incredible on-site photo printing. This means your guests get professional studio-quality portraits and they are printed instantly. 

  • What size are the prints?

    Our standard sized print is 8x6 inches and these are presented in a black strut mount, making the overall size 10x8 inches including the frame

  • How much space do you need?

    We like to have 4m square for our usual setup. Click here to view our floor plan with contain all the exact measurements. We do have smaller options available if required. 

  • How long does it take to print?

    One your image has been selected on screen, it takes just 40 seconds to produce a glossy 8” print and place into a mount.

  • How much time do you need to setup?

    Its best to allow a minimum of two hours to setup our entire studio and print station. However, if you have booked options such as photo sharing stations then this could take up to three hours to build.

  • Do you supply any props?

    We generally do not provide any props with The Event Studio Service, nor do we permit props being taken onto the studio without prior arrangement. The portraits we produce are destined for the wall and adding props make the whole setup feel like a photo booth. If having props is very important to you, may we suggest booking a photo booth instead. We are happy to recommend several supliers.

  • Do you have insurance?

    At Ghelani Studios we carry £5m worth of public liability insurance as well as equipment insurance, PAT testing on all electrical items and we run a risk assessment and site visit where required at your chosen venue.

  • Can I purchase photos after the event?

    All our packages come with an online gallery. Images can be viewed and prints, and digital files can be ordered through our website. Orders a printed and posted out usually within 3-5 working days.

  • How long do you stay at our event?

    Every event is different though our average is 4-5 hours. Once we have a clear understanding of your event and timeline we will work with you to provide the best coverage.

  • Do you have other frame options or products?

    We have number of options of print products. From postcard sized prints with custom made photo wallets, to fridge magnets to glass frames in gift boxes. Talk to the sales team to discuss options for your event.
